Here are some answers to our frequently asked questions.

When can I move In?

You can move in online at any time! Since our property has 24/7 access, you don't need to come in during office hours; however, it is HIGHLY recommended. If you come in during office hours, we can show you where your unit is located, and make sure you rent the best size unit for your needs.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes, you are welcome to use our complimentary carts at any time. These can be found near the entryways of our one and three-story buildings. If you are moving an appliance, we have Appliance Dollies available for rent in the office.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month, so you just have to give us a 30-day move-out notice.

Transfer Unit Policy

Should you ever need a larger or smaller unit, you can always transfer at any time, free of charge. Additionally, any rent you have already paid will be transferred to the new unit. Call our office for additional information.
